1. Scope This agreement is concluded electronically between the user purchasing a digital service or paid plan through AFFIZOR.COM and the service provider. 2. Subject The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations related to the sale of digital services, membership plans, consultancy, access packages, or similar electronic services. 3. Purpose The purchased service may consist of digitally delivered services such as access, plan assignment, training panel access, AI tools, guide content, or consultancy. 4. Collection Method and Legal Basis The following principles apply to payment and delivery: - Payment is received electronically - The service is assigned to the account after payment verification - Delivery is digital access, not physical shipment 5. Transfer Under distance contract regulations, an exception to the right of withdrawal may arise for instantly performed digital content and digital services if access has been provided with the user’s consent. 6. Rights Refund, cancellation, and change processes are evaluated according to the nature of the service, whether access has started, and the applicable legislation. 7. Retention / Duration During purchase, the user accepts that: - They reviewed the plan details before purchase - They understand the service is digital in nature - They accept that access will be provided electronically - The scope of service is limited to the plan descriptions 8. Responsibility / Contact In disputes, applicable consumer legislation shall apply, and the right to apply to the relevant legal authorities is reserved. 9. Effectiveness The user is deemed to have accepted this agreement upon completing payment and/or approving the purchase.
